Request a Transcript
Students are required to submit requests at least 2 weeks prior to the personal or college deadline to allow them to arrive on time.
This allows time for the college to receive the transcript and update the application status of your student. This also provides time for them to reach out with any questions they may have prior to the deadline.
Transcripts are sent out the day we received the request if submitted before 2:30 pm. If they are received after 2:30 pm, they will be sent out the next school day. Requests received digitally over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday or next school day.
Please note: Students/former students age 17 and under may have a legal guardian request and pick up transcripts. Students/former students age 18+ must sign the request form themselves and if requesting to pick up the transcripts in person, must do so themselves. A driver's license or state ID will be required upon pick up.
